Most recently Caldwell has been a gaming consultant to various international firms. Prior to consulting Caldwell was Senior Vice President of Latin America & Caribbean at IGT (formerly GTECH) where he also held several senior management positions leading key strategic accounts and developing new gaming markets across the Caribbean, Latin America, Europe, Africa and Asia.
Lise-Anne Hoo Harris
Director
Lise-Anne Hoo Harris is a Jamaican entrepreneur and began her career in finance.
She owns and operates Treat Confectionery Jamaica Limited as well as manages family-owned bakeries. She formerly held the Jamaican franchise for international supplement conglomerate GNC. Earlier in her corporate Jamaica experience, Hoo Harris worked in the financial sector as a relationship manager at National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited, Corporate Branch.

P.B. Scott comes to Mahoe Gaming Enterprises as a director with a wealth of experience in company and corporate development and strategy.
He is a past President of the Private Sector Organisation of Jamaica; is currently Chairman of the Development Bank of Jamaica (DBJ) and is a trustee of the American International School of Jamaica.
Scott serves as the Chairman, CEO and principal shareholder of the Musson Group and all of its subsidiaries including the Seprod Group, PBS Group, T. Geddes Grant Distributors Ltd., General Accident Insurance Company Ltd. among others.
Michelle Myers Mayne
Board Chairman
Michelle Myers Mayne has over three decades in business and brings that experience to Mahoe Gaming Enterprises Limited.
She carries out duties as Director of Finance and Administration of Restaurants of Jamaica (ROJ) and developed her expertise in operations, distribution, finance, marketing and general management. She also serves as the Principal Director of GARA Restaurants Limited, an independent company, which acquired the Wendy’s brand in 2019.
Mrs. Myers Mayne is married with four daughters.
